We provide you with onsite preventative maintenance services.  Computers, printers and their peripheral components need to be cleaned and maintained on a regular basis to retain peak performance...just like your car, for example.

As you know, when you purchase a car, there are many things that need to be done on a regular basis to keep it running. Driving it and never paying any attention to it would be an invitation for disaster.

This is where we come in.  We perform a number of preventative maintenance activities on:

Our rates are reasonable and include any materials used during routine PM activities.  We provide custom quotes for every customer. On the job we are professional, quiet, and courteous.  We can even schedule the PM activities after normal business hours. 

PC Maintenance and Cleaning

• Check the hard drive for errors
• Clean all drives (floppy, CD, etc.)
• Complete detailed exterior cleaning
• Removal of dust, food, staples, paper clips, etc from keyboard
• Removal of inks, stickers, and tape residue
• Monitor cleaned and antistatic coating applied

Software Maintenance

Software is as important as the hardware.  A poorly maintained operating system or antivirus software is a certain road to problems.  Where high speed connections are available to the Internet, we update all operating system software with the most current revisions and patched to keep your systems running at peak efficiency. We also upgrade all antivirus software with the latest signature files to ensure protection from destructive computer viruses.

Printer Maintenance and Cleaning

Printers are just as critical to your business as your computers. They too need periodic care to remain in top condition. We…

• Remove toner/paper dust from the fuser assembly
• Replace ozone filter if necessary
• Restore corona transfer assembly
• Clean cooling fans, inspect bushing and fan axle
• Thoroughly inspect and lubricate machine gears
• Clean exterior cabinet, remove inks and tape residue

When we are finished you will receive a detailed checklist showing what we did and listing any recommendations we may have. As an example, if we notice your hard drive is noisy and we feel it may fail in the near future, we would recommend replacing it and give you steps to take in the meantime to protect your critical data.  This can save you time, money, and your sanity.
